Amzankos Studio ("the Service") is operated by Amzankosoft. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. One person or organization per account.

2. Your content

You retain full ownership of media you upload. You grant the Service only the limited right to store your files and deliver them to TikTok when you explicitly request a publish. We never modify your media, add watermarks, or repost your content.

3. Acceptable use

Upload only content you own or have the right to publish. Do not upload unlawful content, and do not use the Service to spam TikTok. Posts made through TikTok's API also remain subject to TikTok's Community Guidelines and developer terms.

4. TikTok integration

The Service uses TikTok APIs on your behalf, only after you authorize it. You may disconnect at any time; your TikTok tokens are revoked and deleted immediately.

5. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page.
